Brief Answer:
Please give additional information.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query, albeit short and specific.
Please give additional information for me to assist you better:
Since when have got this swelling?
Can you put fingers between the rib case and the swelling?
It is XXXXXXX or fixed?
Any constipation or hard stools?
Does it move with deep respiration?
Any urinary problems?
Your age and gender please.

The rumbling is usually indicative of intestinal movement hence this can most probably be related to the colon like fecolith impaction or so. Well the detailed history, clinical evaluation and investigations can help to get the exact cause and thus get an appropriate management.

Awaiting for your feedback.

Brief Answer:
As detailed below

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your feedback.

The most probable causes I can think about after your feedback are:
Spleen enlargement.
Kidney enlargement.
Fecolith or mass at splenic flexure of the colon.

This can be confirmed by the following:
Clinical examination.
X-ray and ultrasound of abdomen.
Further investigations can be planned as per clinical presentation, reports of preliminary investigations...

A timely diagnosis helps in proper management.
Please give feedback after the investigations.

Regards.
Take care.
