Brief Answer:
Often caused by gallbladder, but most happen on several occasions!

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

Following the description of your pain, the gallbladder is the most likely cause. This often happens a few hours after eating a fatty meal. However, this must be recurrent and pretty predictable.

If this is your first episode, I will recommend an antispasmodic such as hyoscine-10mg at most thrice a day. If this pain persists or recurs, then I will recommend an ultrasound of the liver and gallbladder.

I hope this guides and helps. Keep me updated. I wish you well. Feel free to follow up with me as you please.
