What Ccauses Anejaculation?
Question: In a five-year relationship I haven't been able to communicate with my girlfriend a technique that gets me to orgasm, even though it is intimate, loving, sexual, exciting.

I suppose ejaculation was normal before 5 years . There can be many reasons for anejaculation - problem in steady increase in arousal level because some anxiety provoking thoughts come to mind , anxiety of satisfying partner, prostate enlargement, after prostate surgery, antidepressant drugs induced or drugs of dependence. so I have to find whether it is anejaculation or reterograde ejaculation. Please answer these questions and then I shall try to help.

When semen travels to urinary bladder, instead of falling out in spurts - it is Reterograde ejaculation. It can be diagnosed by finding sperms in the post masturbation urine sample. Please get your self checked for prostate and Diabetes as these are very common causes. Anxiety can also cause this problem. You need to focus on receiving and giving pleasure only and enjoy the pleasurable sensations, this will prove arousal and chances of ejaculation. There are many other causes of anejaculation like neuronal loss on penis ?? age related or some lesion in spinal cord at L2 to S1 levels.
