Question: can you tell me why my toe nails would be going yellow

The symptoms of the query are quite suggestive of a possible fungal infection affecting the nails.
yellowing of the nails , thickening of the nail are the commonest features of the fungal infection.

I am really worried I have jaundice I had liver tests done 3mnths ago alt ast ggt 105 170 & ggt 80 biruibin normal had them done 2wks ago all come bck normal
I have uploaded pics I also have slight itching on back arms chest
