Brief Answer:
It could be due to poor oral hygiene.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thanks for writing in.

Yellowish teeth could be due to several reasons:-
- poor oral hygiene
- wearing away of enamel
- excessive tea or coffee
- tobacco chewing
- hereditary

You go for scaling to get rid of bad phygiene. You may also go for bleaching if you want white teeth. But bleaching is temporary & teeth again take stain after sometime.
Visit your dentist & get scaling done.

Hope I answered your query

Wishing you good health

Hi- This morning I woke up with a sore throat and runny nose. I also had a swollen gland on the right side of my neck under my jaw. It s not sore, and feels hard to touch. Also during the day the swelling goes down occasionally (after a saline gargle etc.). Should I be worried about these symptoms? Or is this just a simple common cold?
