Brief Answer: Loose motions. Detailed Answer: Hello, XXXXXXX XXXXX. Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum. Due to alcohol intoxication or food allergy there develops increase in intestine motility . This causes loose motion ( yellow color is an indication of food poisoning or allergy). Increase in intestine motility also produces stomach cramps . Weight loss, fatigue , night sweats , loss of appetite all other symptoms are due to dehydration developed by loss of fluid due to diarrhea. Measures to be taken. Lukewarm water sip by sip mixed with salt , sugar . If feelings very tiredness get 2-3 intravenous infusion of Ringer lactate solution. As this type of diarrhea is self limiting so need not to worry. Banana , rice , curd will be helpful diet. Hope this information will be helpful for you . Further any question ask in follow up. Good luck. Dr. HET
