Brief Answer:
Possibility of Pinworm needs to be considered

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

Dear Ms

It's more likely to be migrated worm from the gastrointestinal tract. More like to be either Pinworm or maggots.
I would require additional information for me to be equipped to guide you further
1. How long was the worm?
2. Is it associated with itching or vaginal discharge?
3. Do you have any redness in the area.

It would be more helpful if you could also provide with the clinical photograph.

Take care

It was about 1cm long. Not really itching, just the feel of it's movement. Don't think it is more red than usual.
