Brief Answer:
Urinary Tract Infection can be the cause.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing your query.
After reading your post, it seems that you might be having infection of the urinary tract ( UTI ). I would advise that you should get yourself clinically examined and investigated by your doctor.
Following investigations may be helpful :- 1. Urine examination ( Routine / Microscopic and Culture / Sensitivity ). 2. Kidney Function Test ( KFT ). 3. Complete Blood Count ( CBC ). You should drink lots of water daily. Further medical management can be planned according to the reports of the above mentioned investigations. Till then you can continue with the medicines prescribed by your doctor.
I hope this is helpful to you. If you have any further query, I will be happy to help.
Thanks.
