What Causes White Spots On The Penile Shaft After Unprotected Sex?
Question: About 4 months ago I had unprotected sex with a girl, some little white spots I hadn't noticed before were on my penis shaft. Also a cluster of about 3-4 on the shaft but closer to the tip, I was told these were most likely fordyce spots so I left them. However I got a stinging like sensation but every now and then in my pubic area so I went to the GUM clinic which they confirmed that the little white spots were nothing to worry about, however the little cluster was molluscum contagisium which they froze wit a spray. They said they were pretty sure that it was not herpes if I have had them that long with no change or pain. Chlamydia and ghonerrea etc was also not found. But every now and then I still get that sting feeling in the pubic area that only lasts for a few seconds then goes, I also again very very occasionally get a stabbing like feeling in the tip of my penis but again only for a few seconds, also when I pass urine for the first couple of times in the morning its darker with a strong odour but then gets clearer and less smell as the day goes on. What could this be? Balanitis or yeast infection?

+Make sure you are always in a well ventilated room/environment
+Do not wear tight clothes
+Make sure you shower at least once a day
+Do not leave the area wet after using the toilet, shower, passing urine, passing your bowels, or sexual intercourse. Make sure you dry the region well enough with tissue or a towel to avoid leaving the region wet, which is a breeding ground for yeast/fungus
+If you sweat easily, then even carrying an extra change of inner wear which you can change around mid day will also help
+You can also use talcum powders which help absorb moisture and prevent yeast or fungus from causing infections

In an individual with a good immune system, the virus resolves itself without treatment in about 6 months or so. If they are gradually disappearing, you need not worry about them sir, they will surely resolve soon. :)
