What Causes White Spots Inside Cheeks?

since more than sex month a small white spots start appearing inside my cheeck with no pain
sometime it's getting small and now increased again

I have seen the images attached. The most likely causes can be-
1. Oral thrush- fungal infection of mouth. Usually covers the whole mucosa and is recurrent.
2. Viral infection- usually caused by coxsackie virus. The area is painful and recurrence is common.
This is not likely to be related to any STD.
A careful examination is an integral part of diagnosis.
Till the time you meet your dentist avoid smoking, use iodine mouth wash and listerine mouth wash to keep the area clean.
Avoid hot and spicy foods.
Rinse your mouth with salt water and baking soda (dissolve 1 teaspoon of soda in 1/2 cup warm water).
