One of the most likely reasons is that you are not taking enough of fluids, which is causing your urine to be very concentrated and this is leaving deposits in your clothes causing the stain.
Urinary infection: in urinary infection the urine can be turbid leading to residue in the clothes
You should first try by drinking a lot of water. You should drink at least 8 glasses of water daily. Along with this you can also drink cranberry juice which is helpful in UTI.If your staining goes with this, then you should continue this. However, if it persists, then you need to consult a doctor for this and get your urine tested.
