I have read your query and understand your concern.
A sticky penile discharge at the time of poop is a normal phenomenon.
It happens because of overstraining while pooping resulting in pressure on your prostatic glands which leads to release of prostatic fluid.
There is no abnormality in it and is perfectly normal.
