Brief Answer:
Not cancer. Please do not worry.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for your query.

1. Tonsil cancer is very rare. In addition, cancer in both tonsils at the same time is almost unknown.

2. Painless white patches on both tonsils are common wit infections and tonsilloliths. These infections can be bacterial, viral or fungal.

3. It is good that you have got this examined and checked for strep throat.

4. A medicated oral rinse will help.

I hope that I have answered your query. If you have any further questions, I will be available to answer them.

Regards.
