What Causes White Layer Formation Under Penis Foreskin?

I came to know that you have unprotected sex from your previous query. There are possible chances of urinary tract infection due to intercourse.
Try to wash the glans (tip of) penis with antiseptics lotion which are available over the counter and wipe the area dry with clean cloth. If there is an recurring episode along with any discharge within a day , then the chances of UTI are more and it need to be treated .Or else, it is just the smegma , which is absolutely normal .
It is easy to diagnose if you would send the clinical picture of the glans penis with the layer.
