Brief Answer:
No treatment needed.

Detailed Answer:
My dear,
Thanks so sending your query to us.
I would have been happier to have seen a photograph. That would lead me to have a confirmed diagnosis. Still I would like to be if there is redness or pain along with this bump.
In case there is no redness and pain then this is likely to be a pingicula, which needs no treatment, but these are noticed after a longer period of time.
If there is redness and pain we would be keen to treat it vigorously by ciplox D eye drop 4times a day or Mosi D eye drop. These drops if used are to be continued for not more than one week.
Any further query in this regard please do get back to us, preferably with photograph.
