What Causes White Bump Along With Irritated Skin On Penis?

Question: Doctor, noticed a white bump, dome shaped with white/yellow head right on circumcision line on penis. It popped and had some white pus.

Area looks irritated from popping but does not hurt, sting, etc. Pretty sure it was an inflamed skin tag or sebaceous cyst because I have had spots like that before in that area. Does this look/sound like a skin tag, albeit irritatwd now? Any reason to be concerned about anything else? Wart? Dont think it is herpes; tested negative a month ago 8 weeks after very low risk chance.

Also, treatment suggestions for this area and handling other ones? This was the most prominent one i had. I put some polysporin on the area for infection.

I have gone through the photos and details.
It appears to be either due to friction or abrasion or folliculitis.it is a simple infection.
It does not appear to be like herpes and also test for herpes was negative.it is not skin tag or sebaceous cyst.
You can clean area with warm water.apply topical antibiotic like mupirocin or fucidin.
There is no reason for worries.

Thanks, Doctor. This is an area where I have noticed skin tags and/or small sebaceous cysts and/or hair follicles before albeit rarely this pronounced. Notably, I have never seen any hair from these areas but these spots (mostly on circumcision line). But does that mean that it is not folliculitis? Or just a hair follicle without hair?

The initial bump became more noticeable today after some masturbation. I am very confident not herpes. I'm assuming not a wart either? There was white pus that came out.

Also, is polysporin an adequate for what you suggest? It contains Bacitracin zinc and polymixin b sulfate. And, suggestions for what to look for in next few days? Will the little bump there right now subside?

The infection may be due to abrasion or friction .
Polysporin should be okay.it will subside.if does not subside then go for mupirocin cream.
Look for increase in size or multiple lesions or any ulcer formation.

Thanks, Doctor. This is what it looks like a few hours later. Doesnt look like any vesicles or anything like that or that would ulcerate, right? Would this be contagious or anything? And should this pop as well? Or just let it be?
