Thankyou for your prompt reply. My health history has been generally good. About 14 years ago I had glandular fever and became very run down and my digestion packed up. I had this pain at the time and had ultrasound and then endoscapy for the digestion and all good. I worked very hard on my mental/physical health and gradually come back and been generally good for 10 years and still have slightly swollen glands under my chin. We lost a daughter 11 years ago and that is a constant sadness.
A week before Christmas 2013 I slipped on a wet floor and my head flung back and hit the door jamb very hard. I didn't have concussion and went to the doctor after a while. I took a while to get over that. While in Bali last March I was bitten by a monkey and had the vaccine over there and then back here they decided to give me the blood product. Can't think of the name.
Daily I take a 2.5mg Renitec, krill oil and liver tonic. I started Olive leaf 15ml 2 weeks ago to boost me. Sorry I forgot to say I have had this a bit over a week and it comes and goes. I also have bags under my eyes although My Mum had big bags which she always hated!! ThanksThanks again XXXXXXX

Brief Answer:
Most probably muscular pain

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thank you for the detailed response. I have gone through it. Your answers are suggesting that the pain is most probably muscular in nature which is exaggerated by stress. If i were your treating doctor then i would have advised following things:
- Naproxen sodium twice a day for 5 days
- take hot water in a rubber bottle and place it at the site of pain. It will give soothing effect.
- Try not to lift heavy weight till you become pain free.
- take walk in the evening for 30-45 mins. It will make you fresh & relieve stress.
- If stress is severe then i would suggest you to visit a psychiatrist. He will prescribe some anxiolytics which will reduce stress/anxiety. These are prescription medicines so i can't prescribe here.
Bag under eyes (puffiness) could be due to heredity since you have family history of same or may be due to allergy.

Hopefully pain will improve in 2-3 days. If it does not improve or becomes worse then you'll have to visit hospital.

Hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help if not then don't forget to close the discussion and rate it.
Wishing you good health !!
