Brief Answer:
Could be a number of causes responsible for these symptoms

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

Such parasthesias / tingling sensations can be due to a number of causes. Herpes zoster can be looked for by looking for a dermatomal distribution of the parasthesia. The breast should also be examined for any lump. If the sensations persist then a baseline EKG should also be performed. The spine would also need to be examined to look for possible vertebral compression or neuropathies. Please consult your doctor to do a complete physical exam in this regard.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
