Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

Based on your description, nexium (esomeprazole) though correctly prescribed should be supplemented initially with pro kinetics like metoclopramide or itopride.
Bismuth subsalicylate and sucralfate can be added if metoclopramide also doesn't lead to significant improvement. A spasmolytic agent can also help in the overall symptomatic relief. Mebeverine or hyosine can be employed for that purpose.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
