default
Posted on Sat, 18 Feb 2017
Question: Had my 5yr old by emerg c section.. Since then experienced extreme weight gain and eventually loss now due to daily lowdose methadone rx. The issue is my stomach is huge.. I appear about 5-6 months pregnant still! The only part of my body out of proportion but bel3ive me its extreme! It was suggested by doc at a walk in clinic tht it maybe scar tissue tht could be removed? I am 2 youmd and too pretty 4 this to be happening 2 me. I am miserable. Also a doc suggested tht i maybe have early stage of an ulcer. On Buscopane for pains as well as Rabeprazole sodium. Help!! :) No family doctors in my retarded city. worst in Canada. Can someome open me up again nd make it go away?? ((tears!)) In the picture notice how it protrudes more at the top! And its hard. Softer on the bottom of the belly bit harder on the top. No pain to touch or push. really... I know.. Gross. i know... What type of specialist do i need to seek 4this??

Brief Answer:
Excess fat seems to cause the bulge.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
i have seen the attached mage. Your abdomen seems to be full- more due to fat tissue rather than a scar tissue. You need a strict diet control and proper abdominal exercises to strengthen the abdominal muscles. it will tae care of the bulge that you have.
Regarding the gastric ulcers and other issues it is best to consult a Gastroenterologst for help.
Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.
Wishing you good health.

Why is it only there? And I truly dont over eat but i will disclose tht honestly i do drink too much. And I know there is high sugar content with that. So Cardio isnt good enough? Must be abdominal targeted excercises? I will do it. But why is it so hard if it fat? Amd why only there?

Brief Answer:
Can be enlarged liver also.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
if the area is too hard then it can be due to an enlarged liver also. You need to quit drinking to get rid of the fat and to tone your abdomen. Abdomen is the first area around which the fat gets deposited easily.
Hope my answer is helpful.
