Brief Answer:
Can be due to hormonal changes.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.

The weight gain, fatigue and heavier menstrual cycles can be related to a hormonal disturbance. Your gynecologist can suggest the appropriate blood tests and treatment for this. The back pain can be due to a muscle spasm or a bad posture. The back related conditions can be ruled out after an MRI scan. Muscle relaxants, pain killers, rest and hot compress can help this.

Do consult a general physician for a detailed evaluation and proper referrals.
Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.
