Hi I keep getting episodes that start of with things sounding really far away then my vision changes before feeling like I'm out of my body very week and excessive sweating to the point where all I can do for anything up to 10min is speak?

As you have correctly mentioned that your blood glucose is not low at that time, so then we must pursue other potential causes.

When I see someone like you inmy practice I order the following blood tests:

1 Complete blood count

2 Electrolytes

3 Calcium

4 Creatinine

5 SGOT/SGPT

6 Albumin

7 TSH

8 Free T4

9 Plasma free metanephrines

10 HbA1c

Sometimes an over active thyroid can produce such symptoms and so can a rare condition called Pheochromocytoma

May I know if you have regular menstrual cycles?

Hi I had a hysterectomy at 23. I also have an under active thyroid for which I take 125g of tyroxine each my last blood test showed it was within the correct rage on meds.

No they were not i had a hormone screen done about three months ago when i first started getting symptoms but they showed no sign of an early menopause.
