Hi there.
Thanks for the query.
I have read your query and understood your problem.
You seem to be going through a stressful period in your life. Due to hectic work schedule, sitting long hours in front of the computer. This can have a negative effect on your life.
You must firstly follow proper work timings. Avoid working long hours. Take frequent breaks. Try walking around in your break time. Avoid caffeine, colas, junk food, smoking and alcohol as they decrease your stamina a lot. Daily brisk waking about 45 minutes has shown by XXXXXXX Heart association to be best for good health of heart and vitality. Drink 1 to 2 litres of water daily. Eat plenty of fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables. Eat small meals every 2 to 3 hours rather than following 3 Course meals. This will keep you energetic through the day.
If you can find time for sports, it is the best thing for you to improve your lowered stamina and bring it back to normal or better.
Keep blinking eyes while at computer took reduce chance of dry eye. Also follow ergonomics at work for good posture which will encourage positive thoughts and bring confidence.
Avoid using smartphone at night in bed as this can alter the sleep pattern and make your feel very fatigued. Try to get 6 to 8 hours of sound sleep daily otherwise you will feel very fatigued and tired. Do Yoga and Pranayam for stress relief.
