Brief Answer:
Call for emergency assistance

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

If your wife just fell an hour ago with right leg weakness and cannot move the leg or thigh then, you must not delay and call 911 or whatever number goes to local emergency services.

She may have suffered a stroke or she may have simply fallen by tripping or stumbling on something and now has fractured her hip which is very common in this type of setting.

You must also be careful not to try and move her if there is a chance she has struck the head or injured the neck before immobilizing her with a special collar.

In addition, if you are unable to handle her due to size issues or you're being unable to lift or balance with her then, she may fall again and injure herself or worse yet, you may become injured and she may still fall then, you both are in trouble.

Please call 911 NOW and do not wait.

Hope I have answered your query.
