Brief Answer:
Yes, it could be related.

Detailed Answer:
Dear Trivedi, Hi & Welcome.
Thanks for posting your query on healthcare magic.
Sudden onset of fatigue, muscle weekness and erectile dysfunction (inability to achieve full penile erection) could be due to recent events, in your case to the smoking of weed.
Since weed is a 'substance of abuse' its use has been associated with a number of harmful effects like anxiety, increased pulse rate, palpitations, dizziness, mood alteration, dry mouth in addition to muscle weekness, fatigue and erectile dysfunction.
So I would suggest you to wait and see how things go in the next few weeks.
I recommend you the following to overcome the effects of weed.
1. Regular exercise- for about 45 minutes a day.
2. Healthy diet.
3. Take plenty of oral fluids
Hope the suggestions given above would be useful.
Take care.

Dear Trivedi, Hi & Welcomeback.
Thanks for your reply.
1. Impotency is unlikely after having consumed weed once for the first time.
2. The erectile issue appears to be due to anxiety that is associated with the smoking of weed.

There is nothing to worry.

Detailed Answer:
Dear Trivedi, Hi & Welcomeback.
Thanks for your reply.
As you had this problem following smoking of weed for the first time, hence there is nothing to worry about it. Following are the measures that would enable you to control anxiety like:
1. Avoid taking substance of abuse like Weed, alcohol, nicotine (cigarette),etc
2. Practice relaxation techniques with deep breathing
3. Do regular exercises
4. Avoid taking caffeine as it can increase the symptoms of anxiety.
5. Take healthy balanced diet, increase the intake of fruits and vegetables.
Hope the suggestions given above would be useful. In case if you do not get relief I would advise you to consult a doctor/psychiatrist for further evaluation and treatment.
Take care.
