Brief Answer:
First get a stool test done

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for asking on healthcaremagic platform

I have gone through the details.
I won't get overly worried if baby is active, playful, accepting feeds well and passing urine adequately.

Passing stool immediately after feed is due to increased intestinal motility in response to feed, a condition called Gastro colic reflex;common during diarrhea.
I would like to know if there is any rash in peri anal area.Rash in peri anal area and foamy consistency of stool gives a clue for transient lactose intolerance which is also common during diarrhea.

Considering this lactose intolerance your doctor might have advised you to stop breast feed and shift to zerolac (a low lactose formula).
Stopping breast feed has its own consequences.
So before stopping breast feed I would like to get a stool test done for reducing substance.
Till then continue giving zinc and probiotic as advised.Give her frequent breast feed to avoid dehydration.

If the stool test comes positive for reducing substance and loose stool persists you may have to HOLD breast feed for few days. This lactose intolerance usually improves within 7-10 days and after that you can resume breast feeding.
In the meantime you have to empty your breast to prevent breast engorgement and to promote the continuous milk production.
Be watchful for any decrease in oral acceptance or decrease in urine output and if you notice any consult your pediatrician immediately.

I hope this helps.

I shall be glad to answer if you have any more query.

Brief Answer:
Vaccination can be done

Detailed Answer:
Sorry as I missed your query regarding vaccination

Although mild illness is not a contraindication for vaccination,it totally depends upon the treating physician whether he wants to vaccinate the baby or not.
So discuss about the vaccination with your pediatrician.

You can apply Rashfree ointment or Eazinapi ointment in the affected area for relief.Get a stool test done for reducing substance to rule out lactose intolerance.

Please let me know if you have any more doubts.
