What Causes Watery Left Eye, Blurry Vision And Swelling In Left Eye?
Question: Kind attention : Dr N.K. XXXXXXX
This is in continuation to my problem of "having a watery left eye since last one week. Now, it is creating mild vision blurring as well. There is no itching or redness. Mild swelling in the left eyelid is present."
I had used Mezol eyedrops for the last 3 days basis your recommendation and can see improvement. However, there is still watering ,(though in reduced quantity), vision blurring and mild swelling in my left eye. Should I continue the same eye drops?
Also, please suggest preventive measures for future reference. Does wearing NEW specs of same power lead to this problem as well?
Look forward to your response. TThanks.

Brief Answer:
Continue with Mezol.
Detailed Answer:
My dear,
Thanks for getting back to me.
New glasses may give rise to watering for a day or two at most, there should be accompanied headache and strain as well. I feel watering and new glasses are more of a coincidence.
Continue with Mezol and add lubricant eye drops like Refresh Tears eye drops or Tears Naturale eye drops 3 to 4 times a day as well. This will help in resolving the issue quickly. Lubricant drops can be continued later on if needed.
