Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I read carefully all your concerns and I can say as follows:

1. You are reporting to have had vomiting, nausea, bloating, constipation etc. These symptoms may be related with :
- gastritis
- constipation and IBS
- gut blockage (sub ileus)

2. In my opinion, you need to avoid constipation using enema , plenty of water, lactulose syrup.
You should start to use antiemetic drugs and PPI's like Prilosec.

If the symptoms doesn't get improved after 24-48 hours then you need to go to emergency room for a prompt examination and management accordingly.

Hope it was helpful to you. Please let me know if there's any further queries.
