Brief Answer:
Take him to emergency room

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for the query

There can be so many causes of vomiting in children. Most common cause of vomiting in this age without any other associated symptom is gastritis.
Repeated vomiting can cause loss of water and electrolyte leading to dehydration.
I would suggest you to take him to nearest emergency room. The oral medication does not work well in case of vomiting because of there little stay in stomach and child may throw it out. One dose of injectable antiemetic is needed following which oral medication can be tried.
If you have ondensetron syrup you can give 2 mg (5 ml) of it right now and observe its tolerance.
Do ask if you have any more query
