Brief Answer:
Multiple independent problems are present.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

Let us take up the issues one by one:
- Sneezing usually occurs due to allergic reactions. It is often associated with certain viral infections that could lead to clogged sinuses. She needs to take some antiallergic like cetirizine once daily. Alongside that she has to take steam inhalation. Water in form of vapor will reach deep inside and will help in diluting the mucus clogging the sinuses and would thus provide relief.
- Nausea and vomiting could occur due to many reasons. The underlying cause needs to be explored and investigated. Taking antiemetics like ondansetron when required should help. She also needs to take ORS (oral rehydration solution) for replenishment of the lost water and salts.
- Paleness of face could be due to anemia i.e. low hemoglobin. Her blood hemoglobin levels needs to be checked. Iron supplementation might be needed.
- Depression needs to be explored. Medication and psychotherapy should help. She also needs the support of friends and family. A detailed discussion with a psychiatrist is needed for the same.

Let me know if I could help further.
