Brief Answer:
Viral will serttle down

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for writing to us.
Usually vomiting and loose stools at this age is because of viral infection.
It may take a few days to settle.
I usually advice anti emetics like ondansetron along with probiotics like bifilac for such patients in my clinic.
But the most important medicine would be oral rehydration solution like electral which has to be given compulsory every few minutes in sips to keep hydration in good state.
Ensure he passes urine atleast six to eight times daily which will indicate that his hydration is good.
If not improving with low urine output or if he becomes dull i suggest you to take him to your paediatrician.
Wishing your child good health and speedy recovery.
Regards
Dr Arun
