Brief Answer:
Due to slowing of bowel movements

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone very carefully through your query. Your problem seems to be due to the slowing of the bowel movements that is often caused due to the change in hormonal levels during pregnancy. Our gastrointestinal tract has a forward propulsive movement (peristalsis) that moves the food material forward as it is digested, absorbed and finally expelled as feces. If somehow this movement gets hampered, food along with the digestive juices would stagnate, regurgitation of the stomach contents occurs into the food pipe and vomiting occurs. On the other hand, since the forward movement is inadequate, stool gets constipated.

I understand that Doxinate might often be inadequate to resolve the problem. But then in such cases, you need to ensure regular walking as well as the intake of plenty of water and green leafy vegetables. You can take some antiemetic like ondansetron as well as lactulose to improve your stool. But whether it would be adequate is hard to predict.

Feel free to write back.
