What Causes Vomiting And Belching After Every Meal?
Question: I am having vomiting for last fifteen days, every time after meals. After vomiting I belch big time. After few minutes of vomiting some more belching comes. I was diagnosed with IBS in 2001 and after that bloating and belching has been with me.
I have also a history of migraines. With migraines I used to vomit with headaches. Now I am taking Provanol Plus 5 two times so there is no headache but vomiting is there, I have had rebeprazole and ondem but with no relief. There is no pain in stomach.

You are reporting to have had vomiting and belching after meal.
These symptoms may be related with :
- GERD (acid reflux)
- gastritis/ acute gastroenteritis
- gallbladder issues
To my opinion you need to be examined with
-upper endoscopy
- abdominal.ultrasound
Meantime I suggest to :
- continue rabeprazole use
- use metoclopramide for vomiting
- avoid fatty and spicy foods
- eat often and small amount of meal
- avoid unnecessary stress
