Brief Answer:
Breast milk is the best milk

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for the query.

Vomiting after every feed may be a sign of an allergy or GERD.

Also your baby's taking formula from a bottle, make sure the hole in the nipple isn't too small, which make him swallow more air which lead to vomiting, also should not be too large otherwise overfeeding may cause vomiting.
Breastmilk leaves the stomach much faster than formula milk so less vomiting with breat milk.
Baby cereal, added to thicken breastmilk or formula can be tried to reduce vomiting.

So i would like to advise you to start with Expressed breast milk which can be kept in the refrigarator when mother is on duty.

Try burping for 20 to 30 mins after every feed.

Can give motinorm drops after discussing with doctor if evrything other than vomiting is normal.

Feel free to ask further queries.

Thanks Doctor for your propmt response .
1)We have given formula via baby plastic spoon and not through bottle and still she vomited.
2)Also my wife is using a medella pump to express her breast milk but hardly few ounce is coming out and hence would not be sufficient for my baby for the whole day.
3)Since the baby is six months we are also worried that breast milk would not be sufficient for her and some day or the other we have to start with formula and other solids.
4)Please suggest if we can give Neopeptine which we were giving her when she was 2-3 months or Gripe water as suggested by grands?
5)We have only tried Nestle's Nan Pro 1. Does formula brand also have some impact. Changing the brand will do any good?

Thanks.

Brief Answer:
Try different brand

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for the query.
You can try different brand of formula milk.
You can give neopeptine drops also.
I would not suggest you to give gripe water as it's medical benefits are not proven.
Try burping her for more time, also raise her head without obstructing the airway while sleeping.
Try some different home made foods with more solid or dense consistency.
If problem persists see a doctor.
Thanks.
