Brief Answer:
Please provide more information

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome to HCM and thanks for your query.
Veins popping out means that the pressure inside them is high. This can be due to several reasons. There may be a block to the flow of blood through the veins or the pumping action of the heart is less or the blood volume is increased etc.
Please provide more details regarding your age, sex, health conditions , present and past and any medicines you may be taking.
These will enable me to give you an opinion on the cause.
Best wishes,
Dr Noble Zachariah
