What Causes Visible Blue Veins On Forearm?

default
Posted on Thu, 4 Jun 2015
Question: I am 6'1. 165 pounds. I went to the doctor about my blue veins showing through my forearm. African-American. Doctor said it was nothing to worry about. Comes from exercising.

I feel like I have been slowly losing weight and I haven't been exercising lately because I was on vacation. Maybe about 60-90 pushups a day and 20 squats.

My legs and arms have a tingling or throbbing sensation. I still feel like I am slowly losing weight. My bones hurt.

Any idea what I could do to help these symptoms?

I have been eating as I normally do.
When I went to the doctor they did say that I should check my blood pressure regularly.

Brief Answer:
I would recommend you to make a weight chart

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I would recommend you to make a weight chart and then see how much weight you are loosing. If weight loss is more then 10 percent in three months then it is anormal. Otherwise it is not any bigger issue.
Blue veins in forearm can be present normally so you do not be worry about this.
thanks
