Brief Answer:
Inner ear disorders and TMJ issues...

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thanks for posting the query. I have gone through the history and understood your problem. I'll try my best to help you.

According to the history you have given, I do feel you could be suffering from either inner ear problems or Temporomandibular Joint (TMJ) related issues.

Inner ear issues such as labyrinthitis can present with the similar set of symptoms mentioned by you.

TMJ dysfunction does mimic inner ear disorders which requires a complete evaluation by an apt ENT specialist.

Do not worry! In either of the case, with appropriate measures and treatment you will feel better.

Hope I have answered your query; I'll be available for the follow up queries.
