What Causes Vertigo At Night?

Question: Hi, i'v. been having some crazy things going on. My vertigo seems to be coming on at nite and in the morning it's gone. Then some times I can be combing my hair and I can hear and feel a hollow sound . Some times for a min or so I can turn my head and hear balls in my head when it happens I can pull down on ears and the problems go away. It all sounds crazy I no but what's going on?
