What Causes Vaginal Swelling Post Unprotected Oral Sex?

Question: Hello Dr, I've unprotected oral sex with a so sick girl unknown std status, a week later my meatus got swollen and never go away, I've tested all std come back negative but my meatus still swelling and in the opening hole urethra looks so raw and looks like have a raw skin in it
Every time I finished urinate it always leaking mad dripping after I've got this swollen meatus
It been 10 weeks now I really hard to live with this situation :(
And this couple of days it started sensitive XXXXXXX ..
Please help me and give me some advise please

1. It is possible that you have an infection which is not detectable by the usual tests for screening STDs.

2. In this situation I suggest that you please consult a specialist in urinary conditions and get tested for probable urethritis which has not been found by usual tests.

3. You might also get specific test like a swab test or urine culture done to know if there is any infection causing organism in the swollen area in the meatus causing any ulceration.

Ive been to two urologists those doctors seemed dont care about my symptoms and said its normal, but its not normal to me doctor! I know what is my penis used to be and look like, i never have problem in leaking after pee like this Hhhhmmm
Ive been tested for the swab once before it was negative
It is hard for me to talk with those doctors because my english not so good :(
I will go to the health department again in few day
What should i tell them doctor to make sure they could do the best for me in testing please gimme some idea or wrtite those words for and ill appriciated it
Now my symptoms are: grown skin in the penis hole like raw, swollen meatus, leaking after urinated, my glans changed color and look odd also with small bump or patch

Thanks for writing back with an update.

1. I can understand your case and two doctors have not acknowledged your problems.

2. It is probable that you have injured your meatus during the sexual intercourse and therefore there is a tag of skin and a raw area.

3. Since you are going to health care center again in few days then you can tell them that this raw area developed after sexual intercourse and there is also some urinary incontinence and dribbling of urine after urination which is a new symptom. If you have a suspected urinary infection then an ultrasound of the abdomen and pelvis might be required.
