Brief Answer:
Progesterone supplementation

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Bleeding in early pregnancy can be due to abortion, ectopic pregnancy ,subchorionic haemorrhage or idiopathic ( no cause found).
Since your ultrasound is normal, the above causes are ruled out.
It seems to be idiopathic.
Gyne CVP do not helps in pregnancy or bleeding in pregnancy.
Rather, you should be given progesterone support by tablets or injection to stop the bleeding.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
