Brief Answer:
DETAILS ARE GIVEN BELOW.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thanks for writing to us. Followings are my comments:

1) Hormonal imbalance and pelvic or vaginal infection may cause this type of inter-menstrual spotting with missed period following regular period.

One pelvic ultrasound scan and complete hormonal profile will be worthwhile to rule out underlying cause and confirm the diagnosis. You should consult with your local gynecologist for clinical evaluation with or without pelvic examination. Proper treatment depends on diagnosis of the case and test results.

2) Curdy white discharge is MOSTLY suggestive of Vaginal Candidiasis (Fungal infection). It can cause abdominal cramp and irregular spotting.

TREATMENT: Oral FLUCONAZOLE or Vaginal Suppository is the DRUG of CHOICE. Painkiller like Aceclofenac can be taken with Antacid (Ranitidine). Kindly, procure complete prescription from your doctor.

Hot water bag compression or Ice-Pack is quite useful to reduce back pain. You should maintain genital hygiene properly, take healthy diet with IRON and GREEN Vegetables, avoid more sugary/ salty/ fatty foods, wear only clean and cotton underwear, keep the genital area mostly dry.

Use VAGISIL pH Balance wash twice daily to correct vaginal pH and avoid repeated infection. Do regular meditation or yoga to reduce stress and build up a healthy life style.

Hope, it helps for your information. Kindly, close the discussion if you don't have any other query.

Wish your good health and maintain genital hygiene properly.

Regards,
Dr S Patra
