Brief Answer:
It’s quite common in pregnancy

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for trusting Healthcaremagic!
I have gone through your query and I can understand your concerns.
The vague dull aching pain is quite common in late pregnancy. It is due to expanding uterus. As your baby grows and becomes heavier, it puts increasing pressure on the muscles in your pelvic floor and cause this dull pain.
If the pain is associated with decreased feral movements or bleeding, you should be cautious and consult your gynaecologist.
Wishing you good health
