Brief Answer:
Needs examination

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I understand your concerns.

Vaginal pain is normal at this stage of pregnancy as there is pressure exerted by growing baby and it starts descending around this time.

This shows that the baby is preparing to deliver by slowly coming down. These are signs of preparation for delivery.

If the pain in vagina or abdomen increases please see your doctor for examination to assess if baby has come down.

Let me know if you need anymore help.

Regards
