Question: my wife and i got itching after intercourse a few days ago and a sore occurred in my foreskin and she is having itch in her vagina. what could be the reason? how to get it treated?

yes she has discharge per vagina but not white heavy watery fluid. what is the power of azithromycin tab. and dose? and for how many days?

Azithromycin 500 mg once day before dinner for three days.

Also tablet metronidazole 500 mg three times a day before food for 5 days.
