Thankyou Doc...for your quick response.

I have uploaded the test report for LBC and HPV done recently after several courses prescribed by both doctors and also the latest prescription on 15.11.14 and 29.11.14 by Dr. mamta .

Request you to please go through these reports and prescrip[tion and suggest what actually should be the treatment as Dr. Mamta has advised some medication to reduce erosion that will have to be taken for three months along one additional tablet required to be taken at the time of periods.

These are second test reports conducted recently

Brief Answer:
cryotherapy still needed

Detailed Answer:
Hello sir, the test reports are completely normal thankfully as there are no significant changes in LBC and she has negative HPV DNA test.
But still she should get cryotherapy followed by the medicines given by Dr mamta.
Floreva is basically good bacteria which are essential for vaginal health and placentrex gel has very good healing powers.
Use of both these will be best to heal the damage done so far and prevent further infection to a large extent.
Cryotherapy is a simple procedure and has minimal side effects so nothing to worry.

Hi Doctor,

If you can see Doctor Mamta's prescription on 15.11.2014 which is also uploaded she had advised Tab Turmix - thrice daily for 1 month along with placentra gel . And in prescription on 29.11.2014 she has additionaly advised Candid Cl for three months with a three day course each month and Tab Floreva for 15 days.

She is of the view that XXXXXXX should take all the above medicines for three months in continuation and then she would see if cryotherapy is required as all the above medicines would help in healing the erosion to large extent.

Now My questions are :

1.Should all the above medicines be taken for three months as advised
2.Whats the use of each medicine and how it would be effective
3.Wether Vaccination should also be done as Doc Mamta is not in favour of vaccination as she says that results are unknown and its not of any use
4.Will there be any effect of above medicines or cryo if we would plan a second baby in next 6 months to 1 year.
5.How the white discharge will stop as it is still continuing
6.Till when we would have to use precautions when in relation.
7.Wether the latest LBC report still show a infection or LSIL as before or now there is no infection except erosion which is viewable only by checkup by a doc.

Would request you help me answering the above and resolving my doubts. Thanks for your support and quick response.

Brief Answer:
cryotherapy needed

Detailed Answer:
Hello, I'm still in favor of cryotherapy followed by floreva and placentrex.
So point wise answer to your questions for your ease is I'm writing in a systematic way -
1- yes 3 months treatment after cryotherapy
2- floreva has good bacteria to fight with infection and placentrex has good healing powers
3 - vaccination is of proven benefit so all sexually active wonen should get a shot.
4 - no effect on conception or baby
5- it will stop only after complete treatment especially faster with cryotherapy
6 - precautions for 3 months.
7- latest reports are normal but as long as the visible lesion is there discharge will not get treated.
