I think you have a wrong information regarding this. Females don't release sperms. The orgasm or climax in females consist of contraction of pelvic,abdominal or leg muscles contraction, secretions in vagina so vagina becomes wet , and feeling of extreme pleasure and production of some sounds from throat. Neither hand nor partner sex can cause release of sperms in females.
