What Causes Vaginal Boils?
Question: I had a boil on my vagina on one side & it finally got well then I had one on the other side and now its is well but I have so much discomfort all in that area. It burns & stings but does not itch. I am so uncomfortable & have tried diaper rash meds, aloe, Neosporin & dermoplast & still am not getting relief. Can you tell me what to do for this.

It needs a close examination to find out any local lesion like herpes or dermatitis. A vaginal infection also needs to be ruled out after a vaginal swab culture. In case all these are negative then postmenopausal vaginal atrophy or a nerve related problem needs to be considered.
It is best to consult your gynecologist for a proper examination. Self medication like this may not help.
