Brief Answer:
Cervical cancer is unlikely

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for the question and I hope you have not been waiting long.

The most likely explanation for the bleeding is NOT cervical cancer. Bleeding in early pregnancy is very common. The most likely explanation is related to the cervix. It is prone to bleeding, and bleeding after intercourse is extremely common. The next problem that sometimes arises is bleeding from the edge of the placenta. This can occur when it is over or near the cervix. Given that this has been your second episode of bleeding, this should be evaluated with ultrasound.

If you have had regular pap smears, and no prior abnormal pap smears, then the chance of all of a sudden having cervical cancer is practically zero. Here is what needs to happen:

1. You need a visit with your OB Provider
2. They need to do an ultrasound that would include a look at the cervix AND the location of the placenta
3. They need to do a speculum exam to look at the cervix
4. Avoid intercourse until this is sorted out

I hope that this helps and good luck!

I meant to say im having twins and it was through IVF, I had a high vaginal swab done at the Early pregnancy Assessment Clinic, She said something about the entrance to my cervix, I think she could see a bleed or something. I go to see a Consultant on 5th December, I was going to tell her about the blood clots and the bleeds. I feel like pain and pressure inside my genital area. I had genital warts with my first pregnancy, I don't know if il get them again.

Brief Answer:
Is is possible to have bleeding from warts on the cervix

Detailed Answer:
If you have twins at 15 weeks and are bleeding with pressure, then it is not appropriate to have to wait until 12/5 for evaluation. Much time and money have been spent on your pregnancy, and you deserve to know that everything is going okay right now. I would call your OB Provider and state that you need evaluation before Thanksgiving. Tell them you have twins and you are bleeding and have pelvic pressure - if that does not get you a visit, I am not sure what will? If this is how you get treated now, what is it going to be like at 24 weeks with the same complaint?? If they will not work you in, then find another clinic.

I hope that this helps.
