What Causes Vaginal Bleeding After Non-penetrative Sexual Activity?
Question: Is it normal to have vaginal bleeding after 3 years of not having sex? Coz when we did it feels like its my first time and there was bleeding last night. Its my 8th day after my period. Then we did a foreplay this morning there is still bleeding. And a bit of bloodclot. And it sore from the outside of vaginal. Had my test a year ago its clear and im not sexual active. Is this normal after a long time of not having sex?

If its 8th day after your menses have stopped, then you are likely to be in your mid cycle and this may be an ovulation bleed or if during foreplay and fingering there was bleeding then its likely to be due to frictional injury of the vaginal mucousa. This can be treated naturally with time or application of vaseline petroleum jelly, but it is always better to get yourself examined with a gynecologist through a per speculum examination to look for the source of bleeding( possibly cervicitis).
If the bleeding is from uterus then an ultrasound pelvis shall be required to look for a uterine cause , possibly an endometrial polyp or a submucosal fibroid.
So please visit your gynecologist for an examination.

Its the 8th from my LMP(may 7) The penetration was not deep. It was a few penetration. And it bleed and now its sore. It feels like im doing it for the first time. And I saw a little bit of blood clot. Thinking its still my mense. Is it possible that after niy having sex for a long tine it while tear your hymen again or like its never been used before? How long will it take to heal? Can we still have sex now?cause im scared it might bleed again.

It is unlikely that hymen would be torn again because that happens after first penetration. The fact that you had been sexually inactive for long would have made your vaginal muscles taut again and that vaginal lubrication may have been less which may have caused frictional injuries as abrasions of the vaginal mucousa and hence caused the bleeding.
But also as its the 8th day from your LMP, sometimes during intercourse and due to uterine contractions, often there is collected blood which is seen to come out as clots and thats perfectly normal. The bleeding if its uterine and past of menses shall subside naturally in next 48 hrs and if its from the vaginal abrasions then natural healing occurs by 3-4 days.
You can be sexually active again safely in a week but if pregnancy is to be avoided , practice barrier contraception and if required use adequate lubrication with a vaginal gel if needed.

The color is bright red seems fresh blood. So this is just probably left over menses that was not expelled properly by my body with the first few days of my period? I dont have any pain/discomfort with the intercouse expect with the friction of the penetration because it only sore at the outer part.
