Brief Answer:
Not pregnant

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for contacting HCM with your health care concerns

You have not had your period and you did a pregnancy tests urine and blood both which are negative. The urine and blood tests for pregnancy are very sensitive and tell if you are pregnant 2 -4 weeks after conception. The pain you are experiencing could be from cervical infection or just a heavy period coming. I would recommend that you see your medical provider for a thorough exam. It is not normal w\to be late for cycles unless you are pregnant and your not.

I hope I answered your question. Please contact us again if you have any additional questions
